1.  Review of 2009 Special City Allotment Grant Program forms.  Applications and Resolutions for projects must be filed with the State of Oregon by July 1, 2008 .  Letter from Greg Perkins, Dunes City Recorder pertaining to recommendations made by the Revenue Committee regarding this grant.

2.   Review of application for ODOT Pedestrian and Bicycle Grants.  This application must be submitted by July 25, 2008 .

3.   Review of new Purchase Order Requisitions procedures.
