City Hall – 82877 Spruce Street 97493  

1.  Call to Order and Roll Call  

The regular meeting of the Dunes City Planning Commission was called to order at 6:56 PM by Planning Commissioner Lee Riechel.  Roll call was taken by Lee Riechel.  Ron Shearer, Ken Platt, and Eggert Madsen were not present and excused.        

Present:          Chairman Lee Riechel, Commissioner David Bellemore, Commissioner Sandy Jones.  

            Others Present:         Planning Secretary Lisa Ekelund and City Recorder Amy Graham .  

2.  Approval of Minutes  

Postponed by Chairman Riechel for lack of the majority present.  

3.  Commission Deliberation  

The commission began discussion of whether or not to have the meeting.   

It was requested by the planning secretary for the chairman to provide the code stating a total of 3 made a quorum as this would not if it were a City Council meeting.  

The planning commission began deliberation on a vegetation removal permit.  

The city recorder stopped the meeting for lack of information regarding quorum requirements from the planning commission as requested by the planning secretary.  

ADJOURNMENT 

Commissioner Riechel closed the meeting at 7:14 pm requesting the planning secretary to set up a future meeting.  

Commissioner Jones gave her schedule.  The planning secretary set a tentative time of Tuesday September 30, 2008 at 2:00 pm .
