A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Dunes City, Lane County , State of Oregon , to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2008, to June 30, 2009, will be held at Dunes City Hall , 82877 Spruce St. , Westlake , Oregon .  The meeting will take place on the 7th day of May, 2008, at 7:00 p.m.  The purpose of the meeting is to organize the budget committee and to generally discuss the budget needs of Dunes City and receive public comments on the budget.  A copy of the documents, if any, may be inspected or obtained on or after April 23, 2008, at Dunes City Hall .  This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.  Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed documents, if any, with the Budget Committee.
